Bill Components
Service Charge: A fixed monthly fee based on your pipe size.
Water Charge: Volumetric rate calculated based on your consumption slabs.
Sewage Charge: Fixed at 50% of your total water consumption charge.
Minimum Charge: The minimum amount payable even if consumption is zero.
Categories
Domestic: For regular residential households and small apartment units.
Commercial: For hotels, restaurants, shops, and business complexes.
Institutional: For government offices, schools, and non-profits.
Industrial: For manufacturing units and large scale industries.
Late Penalties
0 - 15 Days: No penalty (Grace period for on-time payment).
16 - 30 Days: 5% penalty applies to the total base amount.
31 - 60 Days: 10% penalty on the total bill.
61 - 90 Days: 15% penalty. High risk of disconnection notice.
90+ Days: 20% penalty and immediate disconnection vulnerability.
